As you can see, I just re-styled the blog. I’m going to post more regularly now, about whatever I’m working on. I plan on posting photographs, computer generated stills and movies, as well as on programming shaders. I will be posting on software like 3ds max, nuke, after effects, visual studio, photoshop as well as on completely software independent topics. I might post about music as well, since that’s one of my passions as well.
In the next couple of days, you can expect the following couple of things:
- Approximately 10 new maxscripts that might help you get certain things done more quickly
- A collection of my best photographs I’ve taken
- Some cool renders of techniques that we used in recent projects
The styling of the site greatly resembles the styling of the page of a good friend of mine: Elmar Evers. He’s a designer and works (just like me) for a 3D animation studio called C4Real. We recently did some great projects, of which we can’t show everything yet due to NDA’s. When the NDA’s allow us to show more however, we will release some cool pictures and movies on both this blog as well as his website.
Great blog design. Should I think of setting a blog?
You might, but it totally depends on if you actually have content to post. I know I should blog more often, because there are too many gaps. I think I might not have needed the blog at all.
