Hi, my name is Bart Kuipers and I hereby want to welcome you to this cooperative website. You'll find work of both me and Elmar Evers on this page. The website is split up in 2 parts so you can distinguish the different work more easily.

We decided to create a cooperative website because during the majority of projects we share the same ideas. We work together in a couple projects, in which Elmar does the creative parts and I'm doing the technical side. The same goes for this website. The technical part is done by me, while the design of the page is done by Elmar.

At the moment I'm studying computer engineering. This emphasizes my love for both programming and electronics. When I was a little boy, I always wanted to know how electronic stuff worked. When I first got into contact with a PC, I could see that it had a lot of potential. It got even better than I could ever hope it would get. At the moment computers are found in almost every household and in every store, company or business building.

I first got into contact with programming when i was about 12 years old. Back then I only had a computer with DOS on it, so there wasn't much choice as to what I could do with it (or so I thought). I quickly learned how to draw rectangles on the screen and programmed my first "snake" game. After that i fell in love with programming more and more. After BASIC I switched to VB6 (windows 98). After working with VB6 for about 4 years, I learned about Object Oriented Programming. When I found out that VB6 couldn't do OOP properly, I switched to Visual C#. I never felt the slightest remorse of doing so. The .NET framework is incredible and extremely comfortable to program with. That's why I chose ASP.NET as a base for this webpage.

If you want to see my Curriculum Vitae, please send me an e-mail. The CV will be available for download as a PDF soon.
